In the text you send when you’re tired, but know how much it matters to receive. In choosing patience when it would be easier to react in frustration or exhaustion. In listening fully instead of preparing your defenses. In staying when things get hard, distant, or uncomfortable. In apologizing when your ego wants to stand tall, but knows it has caused hurt in someone you care for.

That isn’t poetry for a holiday.

It’s a daily discipline. It’s true alignment of your heart. It’s practice of pure intentions.
