The Greatest Version

🧿 I want to be the greatest version, that myself can muster through. 🧿
Not the one composed by the world, by meeting deadlines, paying bills, exceeding expectations, and chasing applause. The one that whispers in whimsy when I'm alone.
To embrace that quiet inner knowing and step into more.
More abundance and the discipline to receive it. More honesty and the grace to accept it. More courage and the strength to love through it.
The greatest version of you isn’t a fantasy character that is living in some distant future or far away land. It’s not wealth, fame, aesthetics, or external validation. It’s alignment and integrity. It’s your actions matching your values when no one is watching.
...sometimes that "greatest" version looks pretty ordinary from the outside.
It looks like keeping your calm and peace, when you want to explode with emotional dysregulation. It looks like finishing what you started, getting up early, and staying consistent when every shred of motivation leaves your will. It looks like apologizing first, taking ownership, and accepting accountability for your own faults. It looks like holding your word as sacred and following through.
Growth isn’t accidental, rather intentional and layered. It can feel cyclical, sometimes shedding the same skins over and over. You circle back to the lessons you have yet to completely comprehend. Elevating in spirals, not straight lines.
You don’t become the greatest version of yourself by comparing yourself to the journeys of others, but by refining, unbecoming, and stripping away what is not meant to be yours. You do this by paying attention and tuning in to life, by telling yourself the truth and facing what you’ve avoided. Choosing discipline over distraction, and growth over comfort.
The greatest version of you isn’t waiting at some proverbial finish line, it’s being built in your daily dedications.
Keep reframing.
Keep aligning.
Keep rising, not above others, but above yesterday’s patterns.
🪬💙🙏
