2026!

As this calendar turns to 2026, I want to pause with intention and speak to this moment in time.

Traditionally, I honor my personal new year on April 1st, aligned with the original human calendar, seasonal rebirth, and the quiet truth that growth doesn’t begin in the dead of winter; it begins when life starts stirring again in the spring. That natural rhythm matters deeply to me. 🌱

Yet… today has value too.

January 1st offers a collective breath. A shared punctuation mark on this year's happenings. A moment where we can look back honestly and forward without pretending we have everything figured out. We just live in the now.

The year behind me held both accomplishments and undoings. Progress I once dreamed of, alongside lessons I never asked for. There were seasons of clarity and seasons of confusion. Moments where I stood firmly in my truth, and moments where I had to admit to myself that I had outgrown old versions of myself, old narratives, and old attachments.

Growth didn’t arrive all at once and change is rarely graceful. Acceptance often came after an utter resistance, until I learned to start trusting the flow.

So, here I am...still standing, softer in some places, stronger in others, more discerning, more present, more aligned than I’ve ever been. I didn’t become someone new at the close of 2025, I embraced becoming myself.

So as we step into 2026, I’m not making loud resolutions or dramatic declarations. I’m choosing something personal and far more powerful.

This year, I show up with raw truth in my experiences, conscious evolution in that which challenge me, preservation of my space, peace, and boundaries; as well as unconditional love and appreciation for myself, my life, and all the people and places which compose its melody.

A year shaped by intention, not expectation.

Whether you celebrate today, April 1st, or every small moment of becoming who you are in between; may this next chapter meet you with presence, prosperity, solace, success, and stability in whatever forms you truly need.

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, living, and loving in alignment. We’re still becoming and that’s something worth honoring. ✨
