Flowers Grow Back

🖤🌺 Flowers grow back, even after the harshest winters...

With love, patience, and presence, your heart can too. 🌺🖤

Growth is not a straight line, and it is rarely gentle. It bends through seasons of endurance, pauses in places that feel barren, and tests us in ways that don’t always make sense while we’re in them.

Winter need not engage our survival mode...It can have us seek roots instead, strengthening in the dark, learning how to hold fast when nothing above the surface looks alive. What can feel like stagnation is often preparation. What we call loss is sometimes the compost for a new life in the making...Pain breaking down into wisdom, grief turning into a deeper capacity for empathy, stillness refining what truly matters in the new chapters of our lives.

Love is the decision to stay open when it would be easier to harden. Patience is trusting timing without needing constant proof. Presence is choosing to show up as you are, when the world would have you in a mold.

Together, they curate the conditions for a coming Spring renewal.

You don’t need to rush the thaw. You don’t need to force the blooming. Healing has its own sort of consciousness. Growth returns when it’s supported, not demanded. When it does, it carries the resilience of everything you lived through to get there.

If you find yourself in a long season of cold, let this be a reminder that nothing true is wasted. The soil of your spirit remembers. The roots of who you are and where you've been, remember...and when the time is right, life answers once again!

🪬💙🙏
