I Will Be Alright

🖤 I will be alright… not because everything is fine.

Rather, I am surprisingly difficult to destroy. 🖤

Inner strength rarely announces itself in open proclamation. Sometimes it shows up in the decision to keep standing upright, aware, honest, and present, even when the world feels unstable.

That truth of your inner resilience is innate and it's earned. It comes from surviving the moments that reshaped you, from walking through confusion, grief, loss, or doubt without abandoning yourself in the process. Being “alright” doesn’t mean walking away unscathed. It means you’ve learned how to carry the complexity of your pain without letting it collapse you.

Life is rarely a neatly drawn-out line. It’s layered, cyclical, and demanding. What sustains us isn’t the absence of hardship, but the resilience we cultivate by facing it head-on. There is power in adaptability and intelligence in endurance. There is wisdom in knowing that fragility and strength are not opposites, but rather collaborators.

To be difficult to destroy is not to be hardened beyond feeling. It’s to be grounded deeply enough in who you are, that storms don’t uproot your sense of self. It’s understanding that discomfort doesn’t define your worth, and instability doesn’t negate your direction. You’re allowed to bend. You’re allowed to rebuild. You’re allowed to be ongoing.

You don’t need everything to be fine.

You only need to fine with who you are becoming with each rising day.

🪬💙🙏
