If You Are Concerned

🧿 If you are concerned about the cost of going for it…wait until you witness the price paid for staying stagnant. 🧿

Growth gives us abundance, stability, and forward motion...though always asks something of us in return. Time. Energy. Comfort. Identity. That price can feel intimidating when you’re standing on the edge of new horizons, calculating what might be lost if you take that leap of faith. Though, there’s a cost that rarely gets quantified accurately...the slow erosion that happens when you don’t. When you choose to stay stuck.

Stagnation doesn’t desire to be known, it doesn't come crashing in all at once. It accumulates in the quiet spaces of things that become too comfortable. It shows up as dullness where curiosity used to live, hesitation where instinct once spoke clearly, repetition where creativity wanted to evolve. Over time, it charges interest, costing a greater level of regret, resentment, numbness, and the lingering, insatiable curiosity of "what if".

Going for it isn’t reckless, it’s active and responsive. It’s a matter of listening to the part of you that already knows this version of your life has reached its limit. Movement doesn’t guarantee ease, but it does guarantee adjustment. That level of change, even when messy, is far less taxing on your spirit than staying somewhere you have already outgrown.

You don’t need certainty to begin; you simply need honesty. You need the willingness to acknowledge that comfort and fulfillment are not the same thing, and that safety without growth eventually becomes confinement.

So, if fear starts tallying the risks of change, ask it a far more important question..."What is it costing me to stay exactly where I am?"

The moment you choose motion over stagnation, something inside you remembers how to rise!
