You Can't Be Everything

🌿 You can’t be everything to everyone and accept to be nothing to yourself. 🌿
Love, in its truest form, doesn’t begin with sacrifice, it begins with sovereignty. You cannot pour from an empty vessel, nor can you bring peace to others while abandoning the calm within your own soul.
Filling your own cup is not selfish, it’s a sacred service. It’s the act of remembering that your energy is the source from which everything else in your direction flows. When you nurture yourself first, with patience, rest, truth, and care; you begin to overflow naturally into the other spaces of your life. From that abundance, love expands outward in its purest state to others.
When we give from depletion, what we offer is imbalance.
When we give from wholeness, what we offer is light.
Breathe in deeply.
Honor your boundaries.
Speak gently to your own heart.
And remember that loving yourself fully isn’t a detour on the path to connection. It is the very path itself. ✨
