On this #MentalHealthMonday join us in reminding ourselves that it's always most important to put focus on the little pieces of your puzzle; if you ever hope to see the greater picture you're putting together.

Our lives are not the sum of all it's parts, but the specific parts themselves. Which parts are you putting the most time, energy, and effort into? Are the moments in your life conducive of the one you'd like to be living?

When you start to really #sitwithyourself, and analyze these components of how you spend your days, MONUMENTAL shifts begin to take hold in the way you look at and live your life.

It takes small, steady steps, and a determination to grow out of cycles you sometimes don't even know you're in; but anyone is capable of shaping what the #YOUniverse around them looks like, and what role they play in it.
